PACIFIC INTERIOR PILATES  - CLASSES

The Pilates Process™ offers a refined approach to Pilates that incorporates current research on movement and core stability. This constantly evolving information guides our teaching making continual improvements and adaptations to this progressive exercise form. Through years of incorporating new knowledge, we have become increasingly more effective in using Pilates to treat injuries and back pain as well as developing a safer approach to fitness.



INTRO - MAT
Designed for participants who have no previous
experience under a certified instructor.




INTRO - MAT / REFORMER
Combines Mat with Reformer to offer additional
strength and stabilization of pelvis & shoulders.
OPEN EQUIPMENT
Participants must have previous experience in Mat and Reformer.
Chair and Barrel work will be added to this workout.

ON THE BALL
Mat modified exercises using balls to further
challenge balance and core strength.
DANCERS MAT
Mat exercises designed to target specific muscles which are over and underused by dancers. Level 2 will include the use of balls and small apparatus.

GENTLE PILATES
A safe, slow introduction to Pilates Mat using various
props to increase comfort and safety during the exercises.

MAT CHALLENGE
Designed to enhance an Intermediate/ Advanced Mat workout with Balls, Flexbands and Fitness Circle.
